I ordered at 8.45ish and got an email saying my delivery would arrive around 9.30. By 9.50, we hadn't received anything so tried to ring but the number didn't work. I then got a text message at 10 saying my food was on it's way. It finally arrived about 10.20. This is the second time we have had service like this (we ended up with a second takeaway from elsewhere once because it took so long and we didn't think it was still coming). However, we've used them again because we really enjoy the food. Unfortunately, we probably won't be ordering from them in the future.
